    Since I saw he was mentioned a few times already on this thread, Fly2sky recommended me to read AQ3D.com/news/gold i went ahead and checked it out, it's an old one but awesome entry by Artix about gold. I recommend it too, even though I was already gold farming, I atleast know Im not wasting my time. LOL!!

    Yes, I am in the 5-6mill range, and I like it there, I worked hard back then but stopped now since like 1.5 months ago. But ironically mob gold farming is was better now than the enraged spirit wolf int he doom wood forest (so why am I not farming). Due to health, I simply do not want to keep my fingers, wrist on the macboook pro keyboard for too long. If i pay the game too long the computer overheats. So i play to farm about 10-15k a gold a day, cant stand more than 30 min for sure, let alone 1-3 hours like some of the 7-15mill players are doing on a regular basis.

    30-40k per hour on steel fang???!?! no way, i think it is more like 15k-30k per hour.... Idk about you, but I am really into this kind of stuff, you know running a lot of trials and calculations to get a VERY accurate result(s). I usually do not time myself for 1 hour and see how much gold i got, but more like 10 trails of 10min each (of course I multiply by 6 to get the hourly rate).

    Let me explain ---

    I based my results off a time capse. You can earn at least 12-15k every 30-35mins - depending how many players in the a room, believe it or not makes a difference.

    I timed myself to see how long it would take to gain full stacks for each item it drops that's worth gold - no matter if one stack is already full I still keep farming the rest.

    If you go to sell, you gain a definite 12k and a little extra from the excavator weapon as they go for 300g each - depends how often it drops for you. Let's just say that in my case it dropped x10 weapons (300g x 10 = 3,000g).

    If you time yourself again, you'll notice that you get similar results from your first time.

    This is where you start adding things together:

    30 x 2 = 60minutes (1hr)
    12,000g + 3,000g= 15,000g
    15,000 × 2 = 30,000g

    Timing isn't always accurate but the sell cost and max capacity of these items is indeed ACCURATE.

    I've noticed Steelfang is still the best place to farm and I wanna share this info to you, just collect all itens (do not get the obsidian ore) and sell it when you reach 10 lava core, you can get about 7k each time you sell it, about 8 minutes killing that thing.
