Do you play with default or custom controls?

Nope i havent changed anything i still prefer the default controls

 

I have everything on default settings besides HUD hide key which i bound to § (section sign) that is to the left from number 1 key on my laptop's keyboard. I might change my settings more in the future but for now i am sticking with ones i have now.

I still use most of the default keys like the WASD keys for movement, the Q and E keys for strafing, and the Space Bar for jumping.

The only keybinds I've set are B for Inventory (Bag), V for Use Menu, and R for Toggle UI. I honestly think those keybinds are suited better that way, because I prefer my keybinds to be on the left side instead of on the right side of the keyboard.

 

I've customized my controls. The first time I've played this game, everything was so hard to really control my character. I had to change the keys in order for the game to really best fit my personal style of playing.

i actually like the default as i am very used to using w, a, s, d

 

I have my inventory set to (I) everything else is pretty much set to the default

 

Just started playing on iPhone last night, this morning I'm trying to get going on PC but I'm scratching my head over the Action Button control defaults - just what, by the hoary hosts of Hoggoth, are Alpha1, Alpha2, Alpha3 etc?

You know, I work in technical support and I'm not exactly clueless, but this is the first time I've seen this 'Alpha' stuff as a default pc hotkey. Any enlightenment you can sling my way would be completely copacetic

 

Interesting configuration. Putting inventory as 'R' is sort of like Minecraft where the default is the letter 'E'. I keep my inventory keybound on the letter 'B', because it's easy for me to accidentally press 'R'. All the other keybinds are within proximity of the WASD keys, which is how I like it, because I use my right hand to control the mouse and my left hand to control the keyboard in any standard MMORPG.

 

If the game had so many skills then i would choose custom controls.

I would also keybind my skills differently too, if we had many skills to use. Combat of AQ3D is supposed to be simple consider that AQ3D is on mobile too so seeing classes get multiple skills to use at time same time is not very likely. It would be cool though.

 

There's nothing much to keybind really apart from skills and inventory so i dont really bother...

 

Wait ... you can add hotkeys for more actions?! ARGH ... **checks**

I can't seem to find anything for travelform or potions ... these exist?

 

I dont think keybinds for those exist, which is weird tbh
