Review Directory Move and Help

The forum move caused the old review directory to stop working like before. Some people are not able to log in to anymore while some still can. Plus, it is time to move it anyway.

Thus, we will be moving the old Directory pages into the main site on pages like http://www.gameogre.com/heroes-of-the-storm-review/ This will will be where the game can be reviewed at. Furthermore, you will get points on the main site for reviews now.

If anybody wants to help with this, please send a PM.

 

Still need help. Here is all that you do. If there anybody who does not understand how to do it, please ask here.

1. Make sure you are signed up for the main site. This is separate from the forum.
2. PM me to become an Author on the blog on the main site.
3. Go to http://www.gameogre.com/topics/directory/ to see what games are not there.
4. Choose a game you want to move over and then choose the category inside the blog.
5. Move the description and past reviews of the game from http://www.gameogre.com/reviewdirectory/ to the blog.
6. I usually add a trailer or one of our videos on the page. That or a screenshot.
7. Each review should have a featured image.
8. Give the game a score of 1 to 5 stars in the review tab.
9. Submit the game.
10. You will get points on the main site automatically for every review you send.

 

Ok, this seemed to have come to a grinding halt as of last week. In fact, most helpers have been reverted back to subscriber status for now.

Therefore, considering using Fiverr or something to get the rest done if possible. We need it done for several upgrades on other areas of the site. Also want to use that publisher plugin again. Might can do that until we hire somebody to finish the directory move.

 

Going to see if the old one can be fixed or not. If so, we will use that again.

 

Anybody miss having it who remember it?

 

Staying on the new one until the old one returns for sure.

Found somebody, but time differences and lack of their bandwidth made it hard to get started. May have to try somebody else this week.
