Rune Price Changes?

What you think about price changes on runes? They now cost less. What you think is that good or bad idea?

 

Its a very bad idea beacuse runes were expensive and you needed to spend about 6000ip
and it would pay off in early game. Now they have less impact and it is kinda wasted ip and
more equality in game, which i think it sucks beacuse i've bought damn runes for nothing. Very bad move from riot in my opinion.

I have: ad/armor/mr, and ap/armor/mr, you ? do you go flat runes, or have some of the other runes ?

 

I have runes for AP/AD/ARMOR/MR and I use only AD because I play only Atack Damage champs
