    Ashe is also bad early, but i think that Kindred get her/his power spike earlier. Ashe needs more items to be good.
    Here all depend of Kindred player, placing her/his ulty can determine team fight. Also i rly like Kindred's burst

    Ashe is better adc for sure. I don't like Kindred as adc because than her passive is simply useless and she is not going to have that much damage. Also Ashe would destroy her in lane because of more range and that would make Kindred simply useless.
