    So this is the current status of the changes on the PBE, which should go live on Wednesday the 13th .

    No thunderlord nerfs but rather buffs to other masteries. Mordekaiser, Teemo, Kha'Zix buffs and Kalista, GP, Trundle nerfs. Death dance and vision trinket buffs. New AP jungle item again?

    What are your thoughts? I think MF needed more nerfs than this, also the LB projectile speed increase helps. I'm also a little scared for the return of the mid smite meta. I know Cedevita is happy for the Riven buff :D

    Brand

    • Fixed a bug where his ult would prioretize all champions rather than ablaze champions

    Fiddlesticks

    • Dark Wind (E) mana cost reduced to 50/60/70/80/90 from 50/70/90/110/130

    Gangplank
    • Trial by Fire (Passive)
      • bonus true damage now over 2.5 seconds from 1.5 seconds
      • Bonus AD Ratio lowered to 1.0 from 1.2
    Kalista
    • Rend (E)
      • Mana cost lowered to 30 from 40.
      • No longer refunds mana for killing a single target. Two or more targets still refunds the mana cost (30)
    Kha'Zix
    • Unseen Threat (Passive) - "Faster attack frame on passive empowered auto attacks (they're currently slower than his normal auto attacks)"
    • Void Spike (W) - explosion radius increased to 275 from 225.
    • Leap (E) range increased to 700 from 600.
    LeBlanc
    • Ethereal Chains (E) missile speed increased to 1750 from 1600
    Miss Fortune
    • Love Tap (Passive) damage lowered to [50 - 100%] total AD from [60-100%]
    • Make it Rain (E) damage lowered to 80/115/150/185/220 from 90/145/200/255/310
    Mordekaiser
    • Iron Man (Passive) Shield decay per second reduced to 1.5% from 2%
    • Harvesters of Sorrow (W) can now be cast on allied minions.
      • [NOTE: This will trigger the "when they touch" damage!]
      • The ring radius of W now varies based on target. Caster and Melee Minions have smaller rings and champions + cannon minions have larger (current sized) rings
    • Children of the Grave (R) -
      • While total damage over duration remains the same, now [steals 25% of total damage instantly and 75% over 10 seconds] from [steals 50% of total damage instantly and 50% over 10 seconds]
      • Ghost's bonus attack damage now [100% of Mordekaiser's bonus AD
    Riven
    • Runic Blade (Passive) ratio increased to [25 - 50% total AD) from [20-50%]
    Rumble
    • [ Meddler has pointed out a few Rumble changes for 6.1 - " (smaller collision radius so he gets stuck on other units less, slight increase to Q range, Q ticking more rapidly for less damage giving it the same damage over time but making it a little easier to last hit with)."]
    Teemo
    • Base damage increased to 49.54 from 47.54
    • Camouflage (Passive)
      • Can now stealth while moving in brush as long as he is not taking damage.
      • No longer stealths twice as fast in brush.
    • Noxious Trap (R) range increased to 400/650/900 from 300/600/900.
    Trundle
    • Pillar of Ice (E) mana cost increased to 75 at all ranks from 60 at all ranks
    • Chomp (Q) no longer works on turrets
    • Subjugate (R)
      • Cooldown increased to 110/90/70 from 80/70/60
      • Mana cost increased to 100 from 75

    Items
    Death's Dance

    • Total cost increased 100g to 3500g from 3400g
    • AD increased to 75 from 65
    • Unique Passive now heals for 15% of damage dealt up from 12%
    • Unique Passive damage taken dealt as bleed effect increased to 15% from 12%
    Enchantment: Runeglaive
    • [Replaced by Enchantment: Runic Echoes]
    [New] Enchantment: Runic Echoes
    • New item introduced that replaces Enchantment: Runeglaive.
      • Total Cost 2625
      • Recipe: [Aether Wisp + Amp. Tome + [Jungle Item] + 340g]
    • +60 Ability Power
    • +10% Movement speed
    • UNIQUE Passive - Echo: Gain charges upon moving or casting. At 100 charges, the next spell hit expends all charges to deal 80 (+10% of Ability Power) bonus magic damage to up to 4 targets on hit.

    • This effect deals 250% damage to Large Monsters. Hitting a Large Monster with this effect will restore 18% of your missing Mana.

    Eye of the Oasis
    • Mana regen lowered to 100% from 150%
    • Now gives 10% Cooldown reduction

    Eye of the Watchers
    • Mana regen lowered to 100% from 150%
    • Now gives 10% Cooldown reduction

    Farsight Alteration
    • [Reduced cooldown of Warding Totem lowered to 33% from 60%]
      • [NOTE: Not as drastic of a nerf as it seems due to the above warding totem change.]
    Frost Queen's Claim
    • Base Mana regeneration lowered to 100% from 150%

    • Active slow duration now scales from 2 to 5 seconds based how far the ghosts have traveled from 4 seconds.
    Jungle Items - Stalker's Blade, Tracker's Knife, Skirmisher's Sabre
    • Mana regen in jungle increased to 180% from 150%
    • Total cost reduced to 1000 from 1050
    Lord Dominik's Regards
    • Bonus armor penetration increased to 45% from 40%

    Luden's Echo
    • Unique passive now Unique Passive - Echo
    Mortal Reminder
    • Bonus armor penetration increased to 45% from 40%

    Phantom Dancer
    • Now grants 5% flat movement speed
    • Unique Passive - Spectral Waltz: movement speed bonus while within 500 units of an enemy champion you can see reduced to 7% from 12%
    Rapid Firecannon
    • Movement speed reduced to 7% from 8%

    Ravenous Hydra
    • Total cost decreased to 3500 from 3600. (due to combine cost change + Tiamat reduction)

    Runaan's Hurricane
    • Movement speed increased to +7% from +5%
    Statikk Shiv
    • Bonus damage to minions increased to 120% from 75%
    Sunfire Cape
    • Armor increased to 50 from 45.

    Tiamat

    • Total cost decreased to 1200 from 1250

    Titanic Hydra
    • Total cost decreased to 3500 from 3600. (due to combine cost change + Tiamat reduction)
    Warding Totem
    • Recharge time lowered to 180 - 90 seconds based on level from 180-120 seconds.
    Masteries
    Deathfire Touch (Ferocity, Tier 6)
    • Bonus Attack damage ratio increased to 60% from 50%
    • Ability Power ratio increased to 25% from 20%

    Fervor of Battle (Ferocity, Tier 6)
    • Bonus Physical damage per stack based on level increased to [1-14] from [1-8].
    • Max stacks lowered to 8 from 10.
    Warlord's Bloodlust (Ferocity, Tier 6)
    • Now heals for 5%-25% of damage dealt based on level (from 15%) and grants 30% attack speed (up from 20%) for 4 seconds.
    Precision (Cunning, Tier 5)
    • Armor penetration per point lowered [.6 + 0.06 per level] from [1 + 0.1 per level]
    Stormraider's Surge (Cunning, Tier 6)
    • Movement speed bonus increased to 40% from 35%
    • Now also grants 75% slow resistance for 3 seconds
    • Time frame to deal damage increased to 2.5 seconds from 2

    Bond of Stone (Resolve, Tier 6)
    • Now [+4% Damage Reduction. 6% of the damage from enemy champions taken by the nearest allied champion is dealt to you instead.] from [+3% Damage Reduction, increased to 6% while near an allied champion. 6% of the damage from enemy champions taken by the nearest allied champion is dealt to you instead.]
      • Base damage reduction increased to 4% from 3%
      • Damage reduction no longer doubles while near an allied champion.

    Strength of Ages (Resolve, Tier 6)
    • Now "After reaching the max bonus, these kills instead restore 6% of your Maximum Health" from "After reaching the max bonus, siege minion kills restore 100 Health"
      • Effect now triggers on large monsters and siege minions rather than only siege minions.
      • Max bonus kill effect now restores 6% maximum health from 100 health.
    Monsters
    Rift Herald

    • Rift Herald now spawns at level 6
    • Base damage lowered to 95 from 105.

    New Champion Select
    Before you queue, you’ll be asked to pick your Primaryand Secondary role. Logically, your Primary role takes priority in the matchmaking:

    The queue interface is standard fair. The wait time is displayed at the bottom, rather than the top of the client and there are new visuals for the ticking time confirmation:

    Inside the Champion Select, you’ll be placed on a 3D map of Summoner’s Rift, with an arrow-type indicator for your role:

    I was Captain here, so I couldn’t ban. Instead, I could give a visual cue to teammates of what I wanted to play. This phase is a suggestive “I want to play this, please don’t ban it” type – if my teammates wanted to, they could’ve banned Yasuo, but I’ve shown them I want to play that Champion.

    There’s a neat animation for bans, where the banned Champion’s portrait will disintegrate into shards. Here’s how it looks like for both allied bans and enemy bans:

    Once banning is complete, picking resumes as is currently on live. The Champions picked (or hovered over) will be displayed in a circular shape. Once selected, they will play their Champ Select quote for everyone:

    Here’s how the interface looks like if the player hasn’t picked a Champion yet, for both ally and enemy-side:

    Once picking concludes, you can lock in your Champion or pick a different one. There’s also a new interface for your available skins:

    The last part of Champion Select is a standard wait period to adjust your Masteries. Note the location of UI elements:

    • Bans at the top left and right;
    • 2D map with Roles and Champions picked on the bottom right;
    • Summoner Spells/Masteries on the bottom.

    I am so exicted about new champ select.

    And I want jungle ap item back :OO They made new item to bring back fiddle,nunu etc,which were weak with runeglaive,but this item wont change much,i think :S

    Do you so mean to rush to patch 6.1 because it is for PBE not for official ... Talk to you and write when they get on the official ... not to write changes that occur in the PBE ... so many things have been done for PBE and where it is the official league of Legends gmae ??? example snezna map ??? PBE is on you and you do not have one ... that I do not go deeper still ... I'm not saying it will not be, but do not you write that patch 6.1 when he came out ....

    I said it's the current state of things on the PBE so this will be most of/the biggest changes that will come in the patch 6.1 so it's to give people a general idea of what's to come. Of course i'll update it when the actual patch comes up but nothing major is going to change in the patch notes in 3 days :)

    I saw on PBE a buff on rengar loool when I saw changes to rengar,i thought "i hope they wont nerf him" haha

    From what i saw those arent buffs, more tweaks,
    Savagery (Q) :
    • Ferocity effect damage lowered to 130% of AD from 150%
    • Ferocity effect Attack damage bonus for 5 seconds increased to 20% from 10%

    • Thrill of the Hunt (R)
    • Exclamation mark range notification range increased to 1550 from 1250.*
    • While stealth, you will gain movement speed regardless of whether you are moving towards target or not.*

    On some plcaces u get tings and on some u lose

    They didnt play him on LCS so i think that he is fine for now, but lissandra lucan and corki will be nerfed for sure

    New item runic echo is good for ap junglers. New champ select is good and it will be on eune(and other servers) in 20th january. In this patch start new season. I wish you all luck in new season. PS. try ap amumu with new smite :)
