    I would say that your choice of what you want to build depends on how creative you can be. I feel like the Eiffel Tower would be challenging to build, particularly in great details since the tower would need noticeable gaps like the real Eiffel Tower, unless you have a lot of creativity and can build very huge structures. Personally, I prefer medieval houses since I like their designs and simplicity.
