    Sion is kinda dead champion,nobody plays him but graves tank on top is playable and he can poke sion easy,so I choose Graves

    You are right, nobody plays Sion these days and Graves top is something really good actually (he can win a lot of matchups like riven,tanks or mages (mages top not so popular but they play it) even after the nerf).

    Sion would win by a slight edge. Sion, being a tank, absorbs Graves' damage plus Sion is especially great for the late game.
