    The first fighting item I crafted was the Stone Sword. I was gonna go for the Wooden sword but there's not much of a difference in difficulty to craft

    I think it was Wooden Sword but after i found out about Stone Sword i just used my Wooden Sword until it broke and then i started using Stone Swords and went for higher tiers as time went on. Nowadays when i make new worlds first sword i go for is Stone Sword and then i quickly go for Iron Sword and late game i go for Diamond Sword.
