    I dont think people shall be on diet, you can just eat whatever you want but you need to waste that energy so you dont get fat.
    Just cut down some bread, "coockies" and chocolates. It would be all right :D

    Well I'm not on any food diet. I just eat whatever I can find, either in the refrigerator, the closest restaurant from my home, etc. I'm already quite healthy, so I don't need to lose weight or anything. In fact, sometimes I hardly eat much because my stomach's always full.

    Same here, Im not really big on a low food diet. I bulk up to get muscle, and use it for energy. It's not necessarily good for me to consume little to no food.
