    My neighbors may be much weirder than yours. I have a neighbor that basically has a fetish for animal skins and place it over his porch. Also not only that but he has a confederate flag on the back of his truck. Good thing we moved away from this dude before things wouldve got worse :[

    I don't know if I've had any weird neighbors. I did have one who was always obsessed with his red car, and would always wash his car every day at his house, but I don't know if that would be considered weird.

    Not weird like yours but one of my neighbors like to yell. Like his normal tone of voice is mostly very loud. I'm listening to music and I can still hear him sometimes lol

    i've known my neighbors since forever, especially for three houses, i went to one or more of their houses everyday. every day was weird. that was what kept us going

    I've noticed a lot of people doing that. I mean it's not like actually yelling at something, but someone would start randomly sing screamo outside.
