AQ3D Difference between the 1-5 Quality Setting?

    Was wondering what the difference is, specifically for the steam. For iOS, and android we know that you need to have it on low quality to run smoother. However, when it comes to PC, mac, etc... if you have it on "5" instead of 1, 2, 3 or 4, the game is SUPER smooth ironically, however this causes my laptop fan to ten on, and I assume reduce its lifespan. There was a design notes post on aq3d.com stating that 1 is 30 fps, then 3-5 is 60fps, something like that, but because that post is so a while back, I am unable to find it.

    So please explain the technical features of a 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 quality setting.

    Ya, this is so true when you do quality 1 its actually laggy but when you set ur quality to 5 it runs smoother BUT quality 5 consumes a lot of memory and CPU usage which makes ur PC hot. I use quality 1 when going afk.

    The difference between a game quality setting of 1 and a game quality setting of 5 is that the higher up you go, the more anti-alias (less obvious pixel) there is and the better the rendering gets. I would only recommend going up the quality setting, if you have a pretty strong computer; otherwise, the game feels less smooth to play.

    Yea true, but if you're using apple gadgets (Ipads) , If you make your graphics quality 1 , is not that lag but if you make it 3-5 , it will suck the game and probably gonna crash. Because doing max graphics quality in a game cant sometimes hold, due to low version of your gadget or lets say literally lag even a game is just low.
    Playing AQ3D in PC is a lot cooler than IOS and Androids because a PC can hold a lot of gamma? Idk if im not mistaken. I already tried playing AQ3D in PC, it's really smooth and good to play.
