    Well it basically changes the champion look, and some skins even the look of champion recalling and throwing spells, which is kind a nice, and that skins are worth to buy :)

    Few times, but in my country 10 euros is not a small amount of money, and you get 2-3 skin for it, 20 euros is usually how much we spend when going out hhaha. So I didnt buy RP many times, maybe 3-4 times only.
