Thats basically how 90% of deaths happen.. Not necesarily worst.

Try autorun to lava or something.

 

jumping at the shortcut of upper firefield just to get to valek and fall, always.

Probably through fall damage that nobody knew existed from jumping at the tallest peak in the Snevlyn Wilds dungeon. Other than that, perhaps falling through the floor when collision isn't rendered properly.

 

U cn also die jumpin frm the top of the tree in Sneevil fort. Also hated dying frm that evil tree in shadowguard over and over when u cnt lock it uo.

I guess the worst way to get defeated would be by a horde of low level mobs, but you could say that it would be also the funniest.

 

True falling into lava and dying can be annoying, but it came in handy this morning when I finished a daily quest and a bunch of lava globs were onto me and i needed an escape lol.

I guess right now the Akriloth extreme challenge. I'm not familiar at all with his pattern so i die at least 10 times before the boss is dead

 

Dying at Akriloths challenge even you seem to have evaded his attacks.
