    I know with Wall Fragments, they are sort of difficult to farm since you need to find a group to do the farming; otherwise, you'd just lose the boss battle as I don't think there's a way to solo the monster. It's pretty hard finding a group, especially since most players are doing other things. Other than that, every other item seems reasonably fair to obtain.
