    Well the dragon bone heavy armor is the best and for staking you can level up the blacksmith skill and enchantment skill. Then enchant lockets and crown and gloves with enchant enhancing, then wear those and enchant new gear with enhance smithing enchantment, then wear those and smith the armor and enhance each piece of the armor as well.
    You can also drink a potion to enhance the blacksmith stat further. But this is all capped now so you can not enhance your gear infinitely.

    Now is the time my brother! You should definitely get the new version with the improved graphics and all the DLCs. Skyrim is the quintessential RPG of last gen. May be even in all of gaming history.
