    For how well he scales, Graves takes over early games too reliably—even for an early-game-oriented champion.

    I honestly think this is pretty big nerf and we cant abuse him anymore

    Not even close, he still can go into your face and oneshoot you. That nerf just slow his jungle clear @ 1st few levels, and since he doesnt use "sheen" items, later in game he is still op, just need to learn his limits a bit
