Watch Advertisements for DragonCrystals in AQ3D!

I don't like the way it was implemented.

First, the ads are exclusive to mobile users which is unfortunate since ads in other main AE games (e.g. AQ and AQWorlds) have been available for PC users.

Secondly, instead of making it 6 ads per day (where you can watch that many ads in any given time during the day), it's 2 ads per 6 hours which discourages people from watching ads since you only get 4 DCs at one given time (which isn't really much). Instead of watching it all in one go (earning 12 DCs), you have to wait every 6 hours (4 DCs every six hour during the day).

 

Oh? This is already out and not usable on PC? That's a shame.

Of course. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to judge the "2 ads per 6 hours" point. It just seems odd that they didn't add Ballyhoo in the game or anything like that, probably due to lack of resources, but it would have been a nice addition.

 

is there anybody who is kind enough to explain me what is ballyhoo thing? I dont play AQW so i dont really understand

 

Ballyhoo's been an iconic NPC in AQ and AQWorlds though, appearing as the NPC to give you advertisements. I don't think they removed AC rewards from AQWorlds; at least I haven't been aware of that.

 

AC rewards from Ballyhoo in AQW did get removed by accident but I don't know if they were added back though.

 

Wonder why though. Maybe it's because people could launch AQWorlds through just the .swf file or some Adobe Flash Player (especially through the game launcher that they've been encouraging people to switch to) that they decided to ultimately remove the idea since ads don't show up that way (only through the official website which has all the scripts embed to display ads).

Or maybe they never removed ads at all and it's only a side affect of playing AQWorlds outside of their website (e.g. AE game launcher).

 

That's true, the ads don't show up unless they are AE ads from what I have seen.

 

To be fair if you are lucky you win like 5 ACs a day which is barely anything. Normally I just got gold from her, it wasn't really worth it so I never did it.
