Farming Gold: Which do you Prefer?

Yea sure slabs was the best place to farm for gold but that was before, right now best farm for gold is the magma mines, kill steel fang, collect all the loot until it max out then sell it and you'll get 10k gold

 

Slabs still is. Steely is just more common cause its more chill.

I just farm gold by doing dailies. Also I got a lot grinding shadowskull tower for the SBA, so that is another option.

 

Hah i like this question i prefer the PARTY SNEEVILS IN battle on lol. Nvm that its better to farm gold in underworld and use gold boost to get mor gold at a time invite more friends to farm so everything will be smootly work.

except you need a team for it and it's kinda hard to gather them now

 

You really do need a team to make it worthwhile to do.

 

Currently I am doing solo for braken. Put my character in blind spot, and just let it hit with its range attack, while I am watching a movie :d

 

I never actually farm for gold.my gold stacks up when i farm rares .I dont waste my time farming gold waiting for trade to start merching

 

Yeah, it's crazy how much gold you get while farming low % drops or any hard-to-obtain items. Spend hours each day towards Midas' Curse and you can get over 1 million. Farm for the entire Legion Heretic gear and you'll earn a significant amount of gold. Gold is so easy to farm, you don't have to intentionally farm for gold. Sort of makes gold boosts less meaningful though, and the majority of shop items in-game are extremely cheap to purchase with gold.

 

I hope they add more expensive items

 

If they add expensive items the expensive items must be worth all of the gold that you pay. For example maybe they should add one of the custom weapons for like 10m gold.

 

In magma mines fast gold and a cool drops

 

AE should put in more expensive items as a gold sink because players are getting a lot of gold even without actually trying by just doing dailies.

 

Maybe gold will become super useful when trading comes out.

 

I think it wont really work because some players wont buy it, like me who dont touch ebon set at all. They should increase the price of crafting or introducing new way to spend gold like most common game do by upgrading our equipment with gold (and some material to make it more fun), it wont be said p2w since DC cant be converted to gold and you need to grind gold to be stronger, the downside when new equipment comes out, you will need to grind the gold again lol

 

People will buy anything to be honest, especially people with tons of bank vaults. It's more so to show off. I haven't bought the entire Ebon Talon set though (only have the armor), mostly because I'm trying to manage my inventory; pretty much the same reason why I don't claim most of my craft rewards. I might considering buying/claiming items later if I can find a unique set to go with the item.

 

You would be surprised how willing people are to buy expensive items with gold. There are many of us with a lot of gold and we just want to spend it on something.

 

I still think they should make it possible to buy treasure shards for 1k gold each. It would really give players something to spend their gold on.
