    The capes aren't the coolest looking but I still very much like them. The tier 3 cape is actually pretty unique.

    You can actually get those capes if you are eligible to get one. You need to contact AE support and provide proof that you are subbed or high enough sub tier to get a cape.

    Does anybody know if it's now possible to get the capes by subscribing? I saw on their Twitch that they will be streaming in 2 days... guess I'll to ask then.

    I just got it confirmed from the people streaming live at ArtixEntertainment on Twitch. They said that the wiki is outdated and you can get the capes. You just subscribe with a tier to the channel, then send player support an e-mail with proof of your subscribtion and they will send you the code.

    They don't really advertise their Twitch capes anymore (e.g. talking about their capes on the stream), so a lot of people aren't actually aware of the capes being available. The description of the capes still bears Sauce's name, and the process of obtaining the cape is completely different than it used to be (you have to contact Player Support instead of PMing the streamer on Twitch, which just seems like a weird process as you have to wonder how they keep track of who's who).

    I don't think they were meant to be rare, so it would be better for them to be more known. Not everything needs to be rare and keeping people in the dark just to make them rare doesn't feel like a right thing to do.

    You could always use the Wi-Fi from your work and squeeze in some time for the stream. If you have to use cellular data, I'd recommend just using the Twitch popout chat in whatever browser (Safari/Chrome) instead of the Twitch app as you won't be using a lot of bandwidth.

    You can look at chat to know certain stuff; for instance, if someone types !play in chat, then you know to type !play in chat to compete in Moglin Mayhem. If you win, then it's likely that someone would @ you in the chat, so there are certain cues you could easily pick up from just having the popout chat. You just won't see the stream is all.
