Oh yeah! They're already having events.

"Dear Aika Global CBT players,



In order to make our short CBT phase a bit more exciting for you, we’ve come up with a few events where you can participate and win some cool stuff.



Event 1
Title: Make Character = AIKA Gift box FTW!


Description: AIKA Global is giving away free items so that you could enjoy the CBT more.


Mechanics:
1) Download AIKA Global client
2) Connect to the game
3) Create a character
4) View inventory


Reward: Open Pack AIKA Gift Box (Contains 30 AIKA CBT Gift Portal Scroll, 30 AIKA CBT Gift Health Potion, 30 Aika CBT Gift Mana Potion)



Event 2
Title: Meet Pran - Your Soul Companion


Description: Enjoy your adventure with your cute Pran!


Mechanics:
1) Complete the level 7 Pran quest and claim your Pran
2) Send an email to [[email protected]] attaching a screenshot showing your character with your Pran. Note: Character and Pran's name must be shown in the screenshot.
3) Verification of the entries
4) Winners will receive an E-mail confirmation that their entry won the event. (Announcement through notice)
5) Event limited to the first 100 submissions only.


Reward: One[1] Girl Pran Item – Blue Star Headband per winner

(Prizes for this event will be given during CBT right after the winners are determined.)



Event 3
Title: Siege and Win!


Mechanics:
1) Create or Join a Legion
2) Participate in the Castle Siege
3) 100 randomly select players will be the winners


Rewards: 10,000 TCoins for each winner


Event 4
Title: The Great Marshal


Description/Mechanics: Become a Marshal, most powerful figure in AIKA Global, and get to share your rewards with your Legion members.


1) Create a Legion and become the first Marshal in AIKA Global!


No. of Winners: Three (3), One per Nation


Rewards: 100,000 Potions, 1,000 Portal Scrolls, 50 Special Transform Potions, and 5,000 TCoins to Marshal’s Legion members

(Prizes for this event will be given during CBT right after the winners are determined. Except for the TCoins. TCoins will be given on OBT.)


Event 5
Title: AIKA Global’s Level Race!


Mechanics:
1) Create a character
2) Level up as fast as you can!
3) First character (for each class) will be announced as the winner


No. of Winners: One (1) per each class


Rewards: 50,000 TCoins per winner



Event 6
Title: Name Our Nations!


Description: Make your mark! Be the legendary AIKA Global player who gets to name all the Nations.


Mechanics:
1) Think of FIVE (5) really good Nation Names.
2) Include descriptions, their lore and morality.
3) Send your list to [[email protected]] with the following information: User ID, Real Name, Country/Location.


No. of Winners: One Grand Prize (1), Three Consolation Prize (3)


Reward: Grand Prize 100,000 TCoins, Consolation Prize 20,000 TCoins

All winners will be announced in the Aika Global website on August 26, 2010. All rewards, except Event 1, 2 and 4, will be distributed to the winners when OBT begins.

Anyway, I'm still joining the events (because "Gaugamela" is for the lulz!).
