    The problem with that is the process of getting someone back under the cap is not easy. Maybe four days to a week. Of course anybody abusing that would be punished more.

    Hmmm, has somebody contacted Kuro about this?

    Since this is Kuro's first offense and the penalty would be so severe, going to knock them down to 250,000 this one time. It will be the full 5 times next time.

    I got a response just now. Matter settled for this time:). Would really hate to knock anybody all the way to 0, but will have to if something like this is done by repeat offenders.
