Even though it's not very much they both know (at least dmt) know that they can't go over the cap.. It's pretty obvious they know what they are doing because you can't go over the cap with 10k without that you already passed the cap.. If u get what I mean lol

I think anyone who gets over the troop cap by 5000 troops should be dealt with harshly to stop them from going above the cap in the future as the warnings are not working and players keep on breaking the troop cap rule.

Nothing against Jhedrick17 or anyone else for that matter but if you cant even be bothered to read the rules than you deserve a penalty and if you have read the rules and still break it than they should still face the same penalty and most of the times its the same players who keep on breaking that rule.

for the next season the mod should be given the power to immediately penalise players that go over the cap on sight

 

I think this way that speedy mentioned should be used. I mean just a few days ago dmts troops was this high:

It's pretty simple to see that he have been attacked or have attacked someone since you can't add just about 1k troops when you got that many troops. So he probably had less then 500k after the attack but apparently dmt wants to go over the cap again with even more than the last time. Since dmt already know that the troop cap is 500k because he went over it a lot a time ago, he should know when to stop.. Even though 13k isn't very much he still added troops even when he was already a little over the cap. If you get it xD

 

You are right about him needing to be punished, but he has not recruited any troops nor has he been attacked, every turn (15 minutes) everyone receives 10 gold, 1 turn and 1 troop. As you can see if you look at it closely he only gained a few hundred troops, which is plausible to be the troops gained by turn changes.
