I've never rented a game--the few that I do have are ones that I'd prefer to own anyway. :)

I use to rent games all the time from Blockbuster (one right down the street) but now it's so expensive it's not worth it... better off just buying the game. Was considering doing GameFly but never really got around to it after trying it.

I tried Gamefly. The only problem I had was the shipping duration. Waiting a week to play a game is meh.

Renting from blockbuster is a joke:p. I got scratches on games so bad that I could rarely play what I rented:(.

I used to rent games all the time rather than buy them because there was a Blockbuster 2 minutes away. But that was like 8 years ago before I moved and now the closest Blockbuster is like a half hour away. There used to be a nearby Movie Gallery where I rented once or twice, but the selection was so poor and the inventory was so small that the odds of getting a new game was very small, just wasn't worth the trouble. And like 2 months after I stopped going there that Movie Gallery ended up going out of business, maybe I was their only customer. ;)

Considered using Gamefly but it seems expensive, especially when you can only have like 2 games out at a time.

Yeah, same, Gamefly is a little too expensive. Plus I don't have much time for gaming nowadays anyway, so I'd just be throwing away money. :(

I've never rented a game actually. If I want it, I buy it xD
although once I'm finished with the game it ends up on my shelf collecting dust until someone wants it, then I just lend to them...

I didn't even know they had games in Redbox.

I rent movies more than games by far though.

Redbox Video Game rentals isn't worth it in my opinion, $2 a day plus tax, unless you finish games quick that would really add up.

You can try a game in a day or 2 to see if you will like it or not.
