The way PlanetSide 2's Galaxy dropships work is set to change in coming patches – just one of a large number of improvements born of beta feedback, detailed below. SOE seem totally open to looking at their game critically and discussing how to fix things.

On Galaxies: spawn mechanism to be nerfed, Sunderer to become primary spawn vehicle

On base capture / defence: new sub-objectives create back and forth

On command structure: squad leader certs to expand, really tie the room together

On clarity: relationship between resources, equipment, cash to be made more explicit

 

Gravity Interactive, has released a new content update for Dragon Saga that brings the world of Ragnarok to the game. The new update arrives with new quests, rewards, clothes and dungeons among many other innovations.


The WarpPortals have opened connecting the world of Dragon Saga with the world of the MMO Ragnarok Online. Players must help protect the village of Geffen of terrible threats, and can obtain armor, mounts and pets in the world of Ragnarok.

 

The first English/overseas server for Cabal II was made public moments ago, and the honor goes to Southeast Asia publisher, Asiasoft, which has its headquarters in Thailand offices in various SEA countries such as Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. Asiasoft will be publishing Cabal II in the English and Thai languages for 3 years.

Asiasoft is also the current publisher for Cabal Online (Cabal 1) in several SEA countries, which has a massive following despite the game's age. Developed using CryEngine 3, Cabal II's graphics are certainly many notches up its predecessor's. The Korean server is currently preparing for Closed Beta 2, hence do not expect the English server to arrive soon. You can take a look at the characters in Cabal 2 below.

RIFT's recent 1.10 patch triggered the start of a brand-new festival for the game, the Autumn Harvest, and now Trion Worlds' mobile app is getting in on the fun. The team has added a Pumpkin Patch scratcher to its lootables section, giving users a chance to win festival loot for their in-game characters.



The new lootable is available for a limited time only, presumably until the end of the game's festival. Lucky winners can nab currency for the event or a goodie bag containing special food.

Lootables are free lottery-type scratchers that are granted once every hour on the mobile app, with a maximum of six kept in reserve at any one time.
