    Its really all situational but since my main is akali ill just give you guys the build i use oftenly:
    hextech gunblade(rush)
    Zhonya, if they got a lot of ad and/or bursting u down fast, if they dont then get lich bane
    Rabadon
    Sorcerer's shoes, if they got ap resist, if they dont then get either ninja tabi or mercury's threads, situational
    rest situational/prefered

    Panth is currently better since Vi got nerfed,he is really strong and has a great passive and ult.Also he is much cheaper so yea :D

    I think panth is better,ye Vi is nerfed but not too much, panht is cheaper , got good dive and engage.Good and fast ganks.
