    Well.. there isn't way to get fast IP just if you play lol active or if you buy IP boost with that 400 rp.. oHH and i forgot you can get free 4 wins ip boost if you protect your account with Email verification :)

    Mate there isnt any fast way of getting ip exept ip boost but for that u need to buy rp for real money,i recomend not to waste money just play and save for champion u want to buy!!

    Well you have to play games to earn Ip ..The most ip you get on Summoner Rift map ..Or should i say 5v5 map .. Also if you have some money and you don't know how to spend it you can buy boost for ip :).And yeah ..Almost forgot.. You have party ip bonus from time to time.
