    Soraka was my main support form S1, and they ruined her totally.
    Reduce heals
    armor duration with heal
    heal CD increased
    unexplained ulty on cd sooo increased
    Q almost 0 dmg
    they could make 2 new champs with that effort, she was best at S1, now she will be almost useless. RIOT rly dont know what they wana with changes to some champs
    RIOT should make new tanky healer if they think that game need that, not make good supprot uselses

    Yes, until late game, when Ezreal get runned over by pretty much every other adc. Not to mention that an ap/utility built support Soraka is useless after 30min.

    I think that rework is totally needed for her, and as some of you guys said, she was stronger before, and now she is almost never taken in matches. Branko, I agree with you, they should make a tanky healer, or just improve soraka, so that she can be more tanky. In any way, I'm excited about rework, and can't wait to see her. :)
