Cait can bully her really hard early game because of her longer range but if the game goes for long and both carrys get full build vayne can 3 shot cait

 

Cait is hard counter for Vayne,but if you can survive that laning phase and get to that late game Vayne would probably win.

In my option Vayne...good dmg in early game and good combo Q+R+E

 

It all depends on how good you are and what exactly do you want.
If u want to farm early game and be beast and late game choose vayne,but if u want adc that is good in all stages of game pick caitlyn,
My personal opinion is caitlyn.

Vayne is week in early game but in late game vayne is unstopable!
