Gragas rework

I think Gragas rework is kinda good cause you can survive tf longer and bring cc to the team but kinda also bad cause you cant one shot people anymore, what do you think?

 

Gragas and Kassadin rework is just what we need, gj riot ( exept nerfs on other champions )

 

Btw what do you think about Phanteons nerf? Is that good or bad ?

I want to play jungle as VI , so can someone tell me what is best build ?

 

Lee is not actually destroyed. Many people get the wrong feeling when they see his Q dmg at level 1 being scaled down from 50 to 15, but if you look closely into it, now he has total damage scaling (total damage=/=bonus damage) so for example:
level 1 lee sin with no items/runes/masteries had his Q dealing 50(+0) damage, after update it will deal 15(+ 55(which is his base ad) multiplied by 0.5 which is his ratio at level 1 Q and that gives us 27.5, now im not sure if its rounded as 27 or 28 but you get the idea) so his Q will do only 14-16 damage less (because his Q can deal dmg twice and it would deal 7-8 damage less per strike) which is not as bad as it seems.
His ultimate got scaled down which had to be done in my opinion, it was just too strong.

He can still hop on wards, but the cooldown is reduced if you use your W on teammates, his E is still fine, Q is fine as well, ultimate got scaled down, but it still is a great positioning spell, you can still isolate enemies or kick them towards your team to secure a kill.
His early game is bit weaker and they are working on fixing his late game, so yea, Lee will still be a viable champion
