    I've been in bronze for a while but now im silver 5 and i have to say there is a difference.The skill of the silver players is just a bit higher and that by itself makes the games more enjoyable.Dont get me wrong you're not going to have diamond or chalenger plays in silver but the diference in player skill and the match is there.In silver some of the games you lose are entertaining games and unlike bronze there isn't so much feeders in silver(I haven't encontered any but it doesnt mean you are not going to have a feeder in one of your games).
    Overall:you are definitely going to have better and more enjoyable games in silver.
    BTW: I'm on euw so this refers to my euw experience
