    Villages must have at least 72% of your number of troops before you can attack them. Basically multiply your Troop number by .72, you can attack people above that number.

    Hi to all thank you for reading thisi i hope you can help me:
    I got new laptop:
    Apu a4-5000 quad core prcoesor 1.5x4
    Graphic card Ati 8330
    6gb of ram and 1tb hard drive
    Laptop is Toshiba
    Here is my problem in League of Legends i start to playing on medium settings i got 55-60 fps and my cpu usage is at 80% all for cores how game going up like in 20 min i starting to notice some fps drops espeacilly in team fights i got sometimes to 15-18 fps thats kinda bad and my cpu usage drop to Core 0 takes around 30 % core 1 takes around 35% core 2 45 and core 3 50% so approx----35-40% of my procesor power have been consumed....Same things happedn with my gpu i tested temperatures they are around 55-60C max
    I have lastest drivers "tryed also beta drvers no help"
