    I think that, as long as it's understandable, it's fine even if there are some mistakes. You may say that English is one of the easiest languages to learn, but you can't learn it in short amount of time. Therefor, you can't expect someone that didn't use English until recently or didn't learn it to be able to speak and write without any grammar mistakes.

    But, you DO need at least basics to be able to communicate on the forum that uses exclusively English. With language basics and internet you can say pretty much anything you need to and it should make sense. Vocabulary might not be great, or tense could be wrong, but as long as it's not entirely broken it should be fine.
    As long as person is trying to learn and improve, they shouldn't be laughed at. Instead you should try to help them and explain what they did wrong.

    And, I agree, you can't deem someone unintelligent based on language knowledge.

    In normal you play with bad enemy and kill them easy and then you think your team is good too, but in ranked you are bad and you blame your team :D Sad but true :) I didn't mean nothing bad for you
