Marvel Heroes Random Hero Box Key Giveaway

First off, I just wanted to say what an amazing game Marvel Heroes 2015 is. There are so many great characters in the game and in the comic book world that it's hard to choose.

However, I would have to say my favorite hero is Loki. Though he may be a villain sometimes, I always like to try to see a "bad guy's" point of view. I feel Loki was more than slightly cheated in the whole "become king of Asgard" deal, and Thor was kind of a jerk to him. I love his actor, Tom Hiddleston, and Loki's whole mischievous personality. That makes him my favorite hero/villain in the Marvel Universe.

Tied with Loki is definitely Deadpool. A warped sense of humor mixed with fourth-wall breaking is the perfect combination for me! I can't wait to play this guy in game.

Marvel heroes was my surprise gem of the year. After playing through RoS and deciding it just quite wasn't the game for me, i looked out for other ARPGs. Path of exile was good, but just not at that D2 level.

Then i heard about Marvel heroes getting a complete remake from it's utter (for lack of a better word) shitfest release it had last year. Boy was i pleasantly surprised. I started a new account and was instantly sprung by some of the most iconic heroes in Marvel history. Captain America, The Human Torch, Black Widow... I couldn't decide who to start with!

Finally i decided on captain america, as i started my prologue i was intrigued by the depth each hero had and the combinations you could do with with them (all this i inferred just by looking at the skill trees). Running around bouncing my shield between 8-9 enemies was fun and all, but nothing said captain america like a 1-2 whombo combo to the face.

Hours past and i realized it was so late and i had already sunk 4 hours into this game. I was addicted. This is the first time i have been addicted to a game so strongly since the release of League of Legends. And then it dawned on me; I had only been playing one possible hero out of the DOZENS of iconic marvel heroes and villains. I knew then and there i was going to have an amazing time with this game.

I started the game as the Black Widow, which was really not a character I was super interested in, but was having a tough time choosing a starter, and a friend suggested it, and I just went with it. Much to my surprise, I find her to be a very fun character, and am very happy with choosing her as a starting hero.

My absolute favorite hero is probably gambit. I always liked his combination of style, accent, and abilities. Hearing gambit say anything in the game takes me back to my childhood, reading the comics and watching the old early 90's x-men cartoon(which, coincidentally, is one of gambits costumes in the game.) He has a lot of dialogue in the game that's funny, and his combat is diverse and entertaining.

I think one of the things that makes Marvel heroes such a good game is the amount of replayability it has between all the different characters with their own trees and the things you can do other than the story mode. Very cool game in this genre, and the fact that it uses Marvel heroes(and villains) only adds to the experience.

My favorite thing to do is collect ES and collect random boxes. My second is to find a character unique for each of the 5 slots.

My Review:

Favorite Character: Hawkeye

Why: I didn't know much about the character when I picked him as my starting character. Before his 52 review I found him challenging to use because he is a high spirit user and slow but I enjoyed the many moves he has and pretended I was supporting the team using debuff skills. After his 52 review he was still a challenge but with even cooler skills. His ultimate is just awesome. Again, I like to pretend he is supporting the team but throw out debuffs. Only negative thing is he moves really slow. I use his rolling movement skill so I'm constantly out of spirit just by rolling to the bosses. Luckily he has a skills to get back both spirit and health so it forces me to use basics and not always spam spirit spending powers. He has 7 costumes available and the one I really want is Kate Bishop, fingers crossed!

He can regain spirit fast, so I can spam my special attack all around the screen Only drawback I found on him is, he seems too "serious man". Unlike my summoning Rocket Racoon, with his jokes - too bad I am not very good with summoning bulds in ARPGs yet, but his time will come!

reason : I must admit, BP is not my favourite comic book hero. But I got him as my one and only random hero drop back in the early days when heroes dropped from enemies, and it has been love ever since. He is the perfect fit of melee monster with stealth gameplay thrown in. He also has one of the best enhanced costumes in the game, in the form of Shuri.

So give BP a try, you may fall in love with him too.

Favorite Hero: Doctor Strange . Good crowd control abilities. And a huge departure from my first Hero Hawkeye. Great graphical effects as well. Only have him up to lvl 25 , but so far having a ton of fun with him.
