    People need to be more flexible, because for victory you need to have a team how is cooperating. I main adc but if needed I feel any positions. You just have to favor victory over role.

    I myself am REALLY BAD at top lane and jungle. I can play mid and ADC decently and I main support. So by no means will I fill top or jungle.
    I'll rather leave then play those, but I won't troll, if I don't get a role I can play I will leave since it's my bad and I don't want to ruin games for others. Better 3 lp then 10-20.

    But if I got mid and last pick is left with support and he asks if he could switch I'll probably switch. I think it's better to let someone play what he knows how to play then make him fill and he plays sloppy. If he's mean/is swearing/says he'll troll I won't let them have it even if they were challenger. If you're polite you'll have it your way more often then not.

    Players need to know more than one role if they want to play ranked games. You can't expect to always be mached with 4 other people who happen to main all the roles you don't play. Unfortunatelly, it's easier to be a brat than be flexible.

    A lot of people have the same problem you just have to wait and see if they pick you the pbe can have a limited amount of users unlike the actual game. :)
