    I use fraps but it rly takes lots of space aprox 1gb per min. I need to use sony vegas for rendering to reduce file size
    I must try that OBS btw

    If u have high RAM memory usage, it can lead to lower FPS, close all programs that u dont use, and it may help u, especially browsers (Chrome, Mozila ...)
    If that dont help reduce resolution in game, and as arZ said, lower ur details.
    If nothing of that helps, then ur PC cant support game and u need new Graphic card and more ram.
    Can u tell me ur PC configuration ?

    If u have at least dual core CPU with 3+ghz and graphic with 512 ram +
    I can tell u that u can run League of legends, COD (not sure for last 2) Assassin Creed for sure

    If ur CPU have 3ghz and works on 2.1ghz, increasing his frequency is called overclocking, but that is not recommended cause it can be overheated and even get broken, it is rly risky, so if ur not familiar with that things i recommend u not to do it, or check ur CPU max sefe frequency

    anyways dont do that unless you have a good cooler and it affects your waranty in some cases soo its really not needed to risk those 2-3 fps more

    i don't do java apps. If you mean web app, I do do that.

    I do know 2 java developers. One in Groningen and another in Leeuwarden.

    The guy from Groningen has experience in facturing (invoices) and administrative apps, but he's dyslexic. The other guy from Leeuwarden coincidentally has done a freelance project via a Dutch company for a company in Texas, don't know what is was about, but I happen to have remembered him. I heard about him via a photographer also in Leeuwarden. The one from Groningen is very busy right now. I don't know him personally, only via a guy also in Groningen, who is in marketing and events. I may actually meet the java developer from Groningen face-to-face tomorrow.
