If you still haven’t checked out the frankly fantastic WG Stream mod WG Streaming Mod | World of Tanks that lets you stream gameplay directly to your Twitch channel, then now is the perfect time!

With this latest update (version 0.6), the World of Tanks WG Stream mod brings the following fixes and features:

Added a chat button that blinks to indicate when somebody has added a message on Twitch chat so that you always know when there's a Twitch message out there.
Fixed the log-in screen from popping up after each battle if the user is not authorised on Twitch.
The control panel and chat are not centred anymore which means that they are located on the left hand side by default.

This special commemorates one of the biggest tank battles on the Western Front, the Battle of Arracourt.

The battle took place 70 years ago, between the 18th and 29th of September 1944, near the town of Arracourt in Lorraine, France. After the landing in Normandy, the Allied forces advanced into the eastern regions of France near the German border, exploiting the fact that Germans had lost most of the advantages they had in 1940. Once the battle-tested troops of the U.S. Third Army reached Arracourt, they met with strong resistance from the German 5th Panzer Army, which tried to recapture Lunéville and push the Americans out from Dieulouard.

Under the cover of fog, the armoured forces clashed for over a week. Once the weather improved and the skies cleared, the US units could finally include air support in their attack and consequently defeated the German forces.

Its much cheaper to give you 300 gold, with which you cant buy much, that to have to have thousands of people spamming at the support, having to deal with court sues for being incompetent to protect informations and mostly for losing people's trust which would mean much less payments.

 

Next episode will be either Tiger 2 or The MAUS. XD

 

Not bad special, i might get some low tier US scout line tanks, although i am waiting to get chaffe sport so i can use that crew. XD

 

If they prove to be OP, as i am thinking they are, they will be nerfed after next 2 patches, which will make hell to play until then. I must say until now i didnt see too many new scouts so i cant say how big the problem they will be in real battles.
