Hearthstone’s September 2014 Ranked Play Season: Plundering Pirates is coming to a close at the end of the month, and with it your chances of acquiring the Pirates card back for your collection.

The Pirates card back will only be available during September, so be sure to hit Rank 20 before the 1st of October and the card back will be awarded to you at the end of the season.

In the upcoming pre-Warlords of Draenor content patch, we’re adding a new feature that allows players to undelete characters. But before you delete that character, there are a few limitations we want you to let you to know about first.

• Characters under level 10 and Death Knights at level 55 are not eligible to be undeleted.
• Characters between level 10 and level 29 will no longer be recoverable after 90 days.
• Characters between level 30 and 49 will no longer be recoverable after 120 days.
• All other characters level 50 and above are eligible to be undeleted at any time.
• Please keep in mind you will only be able to use the undelete option once every 30 days.

Undeleting a character restores all of its enchantments, gems, and items fully intact. You’ll be able to get back into action right away, and your character won’t remember being deleted—we won’t tell, either.

Reclaiming Your Name: What About Flugur?

We’ll be holding deleted character names for a limited time, and the original creator can reclaim it for use on a new character during that time. If you create a new character with the same name as one of your deleted characters (let’s say Flugur), the new character must be renamed, transferred, or deleted to complete the restoration of the original Flugur.

To help you get prepared for the upcoming Warlords of Draenor Patch 6.0.2 release, we’ve uploaded the patch data to the background downloader. By downloading the patch in advance, you’ll be ready to get in-game and start playing as soon as the expansion goes live!

If you have issues during this process, you can find help to resolve them on the support site here.

You can adjust your download settings within the Battle.net desktop app by clicking on the Battle.net symbol and selecting “Settings†from the menu. Under Game Install/Update you’ll be able to adjust your download options for each of your games and enable or disable the background download, adjust the rate for your download, or pause it if you have a restriction on daily downloads.

When the patch is implemented, the World of Warcraft system requirements will also be updated. You can find the minimum and suggested system requirements for patch 6.0.2 and beyond on our support site.

OVERVIEW

Welcome to The Elder Scrolls Online v.1.4.3, our fourth major content update!

In this update, we’ve added the upper region of Craglorn for you to explore, plus a new Trial – Sanctum Ophidia. We’ve also added the Dragonstar Arena where you’ll be challenged to defeat 10 stages of monsters with a group of 4. The Veteran Rank cap has also been raised to VR14 to account for these new encounters.

We’ve begun our grouping improvements to many PvE objectives, and have continued our work on expanding existing delves. You’ll also find that we’ve added new ability altering enchantments, which you can read more about below.

In addition to all new features, we’ve continued to improve many areas of the game including gameplay, art, itemization, quests, UI, and the Alliance War. We hope you enjoy the latest update!
