    Maintenance. They have them quite often, and it's really annoying...
    Once I played 5 min and then the server went down.. Had to restart my quest, even though I was almost done.

    I had to restart a quest 3 times once, and it was a really big dungeon, first time I had to log of for some time and after that server kicked me at the bare end of the dungeon, it was really annoying :)
