    Both games are struggling

    Both aika Online and aika Global are struggling to maintain a decent gaming population. What a lot of people don't realize is that Aika Online has the highest population then aika global.

    All aika games struggle to keep it's population due to the Lord Marshal system.

    For those of you that have played either version, will understand the expense it takes to move from one nation to another, when your current nation is dead due to an over bearing lord marshal.

    Exile scrolls put nations at a disadvantaged and was suggested that exile scrolls be removed from the game and or harder to obtain. This was a proposed solution to help the struggling player-base on some nations from making it easier for players to exile to highly sought after nations. Running back to back events to keep those still in game, entertained has failed.

    Still Failed. I downloaded both versions today - again ( I unstalled both games this year early jan), and no change. Still both versions have an epic low player base. I can't even get any players to join dungeons runs on PvP server, let alone find any players online at all.

    Your whole gaming experience for Aika Online and Aika Global is left in the hands of your Lord Marshall. If he suxs, so too does your gaming experience.

    If the Lord Marshall is experienced and fair, you'll have a high population, but even that doesn't last forever.:thinking2:

    Though this game is lifting their IP ban for some countries, the outcome remains the same regardless. If they couldn't keep their current players in game, lifting the IP ban won't change a thing. It's the Lord Marshal systems thats one of the main cause for this game. When Aika Global was released, the gaming population was great, until players realized just how much of an impact the Lord Marshal system was and how it affected their game play.

    There's way to may cons as opposed to pros for this game in it's current state.
    Cons:
    - Some classes level a lot slower then others
    - To many nations spreading the player base thin
    - Low player base
    - This game is harsh on new players. You will find it hard to get help for dungeons, waiting for the community marshals to help can take ages if they are not online
    -You'll spend a lot of time looking for parties to do dungeon runs
    - Gender locked classes
    -Limited character customization options
    -Little direction early on
    - Grind fest from level 48 ad up (low exp, low in game money, causing player to go broke and unable to afford repairs)
    - Repetitive quest grinding from level 48 and up
    - Over priced cash shop enhancement failure rates
    - Unbalanced between P2P and F2P
    - Some leading guild marshal members will PK you for the best grinding game spots
    - Hard to find mobs (need to google constantly and or be aware of their wiki site)
    - Little direction early on
    - Poor customer support for both games
    - Over the top unwarranted bans
    -Few graphical glitches
    -A LOT of gold spammers / botters (aika online only)
    -Outdated graphics. Everyone looks the same.
    -Hard to make gold (mobs don’t drop gold)
    -Hard to upgrade weapons to a high +. High fail rate.
