    We might could combine strategy games and a few other of the other genres into a catch-all online game forum. In fact, the forum currently called Other Online Games could be one of the forums combined:).

    I dont see how mobas could kill MMORTS, since those games can be complementary, for example Ogame and Dota can be played simultaneusly.

    MOBAs didn't kill MMORTS, they're just extremely easy to produce compared to an MMORTS imo. ^_^

    Hmmm, we had to remove a couple of MMORTS games today from the category description of the genre because both were dead. Even worse is that we are not sure about replacements.

    Starcraft II is still pretty popular, and I don't think it will be dying out anytime soon. :) So no, I dont think MOBAs killed MMORTSs.
