    i have the free item on the mall, but i can't seem to get it. It's asking for the mall password and I don't know what's this password. anyone ? help ?

    It asks you to set a mall password so it's either asking you to set one or you've already set it and now have to enter it. If you don't remember the password or it's asking for one when you didn't set one then you need to contact Spirit Tales support.
