    New mode in League of Legends!!!

    In new mode "Ultra Rapid Fire" when you play you have a buff. Stats for buff are
    -Mana and Energy consuption reduced by 100%
    -80% Cooldown reduction on abilitis, activeted items, and Summoner spells.
    -25% Tenacity and Tenaciousness
    -60 Movement speed and speed while moving
    -Atack speed bonuses on ranged champions incresed by 100%
    -Critical strike on ranged champions deal 25% additional base damage
    -35 Resistance on Dionosaurs :laugh4:
    I like this mode and i know is 1st april joke but its super fun. This is original video
    made by Riot check it The evolution of League of Legends, today | League of Legends. Let me know what do you think about this mode and about this crazy buff.

    Yeah she is, especially in late game with full ap build. With lich bane u double your passive :D and don't forget infinite heal and speed.
