    Welcome to the Forums! Guild Wars 2 is broken up pretty well, it's easy to jump in for a few minutes do some stuff then jump back out, each area is kinda separated too so if you leave it for a week when you get back you know everything you need to do is still within the area.

    RuneScape is pretty light in the sense no download and a lot of it's gameplay which involves skill training is very easy to jump into and out of at any time.

    Want something really light? Maybe give Candy Crush or Cookie Clickers a try... they are pretty good time wasters but aren't MMOs.
