    I have the same problem (and almost the same components, i have more HDD and a better processor, but still cant play Black Ops 2 normally :( )

    Well black ops require better computer, ur computer is fine and i think you are able to play but probably with laggy, cutting scense and/or screen, try to lower the quality in the video options, if that doesnt solve the issue, try to lower the resolution
