    Hmmmm...Jinx is ADC who has no escape,but fine dmg tho,and on the other side there is fizz who is extremly mobile(with his e) and ofc he has more kill potential than jinx bcs he is an assasian.I recommend fizz,sry if i have some grammar mistake.

    Well,if u play mid(youre main role),then,just buy fizz,if adc is ur main role then buy jinx,if u play all roles,for carrying games fizz is better,he is mobile and has high kill potential:)

    You shouldn't buy Fizz,this patch 4.4 maybe he got buffed,but Lich Bane is his Core Item and it got kinda nerfed,so i recommend you Jinx because Fizz W AP Ratio was 0.1 now it's only 0.2 ... Not bad still but without Bane it stinks. Highly recommend Jinx.
