    I watched Dyrus tutorial and it helped me alot :D Go custom, and first 4 min try to hit every single one creep. Than do it in like 10 customs, u will be better ^^

    You nee to know how hard you can hit in order to last hit,I've also heard that 15 creeps are worth 1 kill so practice it and u can turn around games just by farming :)
