    lol no , rush bloodthirster , take phantom dancer as 2nd item , if there's a tank in enemy team teke Last Whisper as 3rd item than Infinity Edge and Guardian Angel and boots of your personal choice , most of adc's go with Berserker Greaves for higher attack speed at early game . If they're poke-heavy ap team ( like ziggs , gragas , nidalee , karma , etc. ) take Banshee , that thing saves life.

    When to use rocket launcher/minigun with jinx

    Im using minugun when im farming or when enemy tank is attacking me. Rocket launcher u can use when the minions are together or on enemy adc/ad/ap when he have less then 80 armor. Ok these re just my tips but still im l not sure about them so if u have a better idea put a comment:rifle:

    Use rocket launcher when you are pushing huge waves,when you are poking , and when you are being focused in teamfight (bigger range), use minigun pretty much always when you are farming ,pushing towers or chasing .

    Use Q when u take first hit with Static and when u farm. But in fight dont use Q because u have more attack speed :D

    is this good for jinx? tell me if is wrong build..First max your q first,and then w,and for last e.items:for first item buy dorans blade and one health potion,then boots with attack speed,Bloodthrister,statikk shiv,infinty,last whisper,and guardian angel.

    Do a 3rd lvl split, do for all spells, cuz u need to range them if they run, attack speed for close range, and E to evade, do that, than max Q and W , E optional.. Items are good.. Just try to stay on lane as much as u can and take BF sword, for better mobillity. Than u can buy boots and other stuff.
