    All he cares about is farm, so you can take some ranged heavy poke champ (since he has very good sustain with passive) or some standard lane bully like Renek or Trynd.
    I like to play trynd vs nasus, since he only farms he won't harras you at all so you can build up your rage and get that sweet crit chance, at lvl 2,3 or 4 you can focus him a bit for crit proc or go all in if he didn't level W, you'll simply destroy him. Just care for ganks and make sure to end game as soon as you can because you lose late badly (vs him).

    As others told u Temmo is a great anti Nasus champion.
    But dont think that other champions cant deal with him.
    The first thing u need to learn is that Nasus is not that strong !!!
    U can pick a champ like Pantheon and make his farming impossible, poke him and dont let him hit minions cause he has passive life steal.
    The other way to counter him is to get something that can silence him, and as soon as u notice hes going for the Q kill u silence him :D

    League of Legends Nasus vs Renekton

    I think Renekton is strong ealry,but Nasus can remove Renekton from map.But need good farm with Q.So if know how to build Renekton right then renekton can kill nasus every day every night.

    That is great matchup for renekton because of his early game power nasus cant stack vs renekton on lane (if renekton plays right) but if game goes for too long nasus will reach his power and kill renekton but he will need long time for that
