Help! fps drops

    I play league and I have fps drops, it started 1 week ago and never before I didnt had problem like this, help pls. :( Any advice would be good.

    Your computer is probably using stuff like Garena,Stream,Torrent,... try to close all those programs b4 starting a game :D

    I play on laptop, toshiba satellite l850, graphic card: AMD Radeon HD 7600M Series. I play CoD on 250 fps but in lol its different. I tried reinstall lol and it worked fine for a couple of days.

    And I closed all programes in background, tryed to set settings on low but its the same, my C and D discs are almost empty so. how can I update drivers?
